Green Park Estates has a variety of housing units available for long-term lease as well as short-term. Residents can choose from our 5-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom housing units, which have been designed to suit the housing needs of our residents.
Our 5-Bedroom housing unit features 3 bedrooms with an en suite Master bedroom while the two bedrooms share a common bathroom. It features two spacious living rooms and outside, the unit has a private BBQ area and a fountain which adds to the homely feel of the unit. The house also has a guest room with its own bathroom.
The 3-Bedroom housing unit has one self-contained Master bedroom with two rooms sharing a bathroom. It also features a large, spacious living room with a guest room that can be converted to a maid’s quarters.
The 2-Bedroom housing unit has two self-contained bedrooms with an extra room that can be used as guest room. The guest room has a private bathroom, which makes the 2-Bedroom house still homely without a feeling of minimal space and comfort.
Fully Furnished housing unit provided for short term stay. You just move in with your suitcase, every thing is there.
